Return & Refund Policy

At Raised by Football, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Since our products are custom-made and fulfilled on demand through our production partner, we are unable to accept returns due to sizing errors made by the customer. Please refer to our size guides before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at luca.kamber@raisedbyfootball.com. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. For size exchanges, please note that a new order may need to be placed as our products are made to order.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
